Richard William Brown was brought up by his grandparents, father not listed on Baptism record, not sure if Henry was his father. Richard W Brown is in the 1861 Census with his mother Harriet and grandparents Daniel and Jemima, listed as their son. On the 1911 Census, it states that Harriet had 10 children, two had died, 8 children were surviving. There is a William Bedford on the bottom line of the Census whom is more than likely to be her son Richard William Brown, the age is out by a few years.
