Research Notes

There are two William Browns in Iredell County in 1790 and 1800.[8] There are six William Browns in the 1810 Census for Iredell County. There are four William Browns in the 1820 Census, including one William Brown, Jr.[9] The Revolutionary War Veteran states that he was born in 1760/61 and his Pension Payment record shows that he died on May 9, 1843, so this must be William Brown, Jr.[10]
