Son of Charles Brown, per his death certificate. His mother was Bridget (Quigley?)

Husband of Kathryn Dunn. They married in 1911. In 1918 they lived at 2607 So. Iseminger St, Philadelphia. In 1942 they lived at 1819 Packer Ave in Philadelphia, PA.

Informant on DC was John J Brown, 4404 Huey Ave, Drexel Hill.

In 1918 he was a foreman of material (?). He worked for Westing House in Lester, Delaware Co, PA in 1942.

In the 1900 census he was listed as Joseph. He was living with his parents, Charles and Bridget. Charles was a Swedish immigrant and Bridget was born in the states. He was living with his siblings, Charles, John, Anna, Mary, Andrew, and Caroline at 2347 S 11th Street, Philadelphia, PA.

In the 1910 census he was listed under his actual name (Michael J). He was living with his parents, Charles and Bridget, as well as his siblings: John, Mary, Andrew, and Caroline. He was living on 6101 Pine Street in Philadelphia.

He is often confused with Michael Joseph Brown who married Katherine Kelly, or Michael Henry Brown who married Kathryn Wright, when seen in family trees.
