Children born to Martha & William Brown in Massachusetts:

  1. Private William Brown, born 8/1/1731 in Blandford, Massachusetts, died there April 3, 1808, is honored for service during the American Revolution: 1) CAPT DANIEL CALDWELL 2) COL TIMOTHY ROBINSON, HAMPSHIRE CO. Private William Brown married Agnes King, born 1729, died in Saybrook, Ohio 01/23/1828.

Note H104Manufacturer of linen in Ireland. He or father moved from Scotland to Ireland.
Moved to Hopkinton, MA sometime before 1735. Moved to Blandford, MA in fall of 1735. Slept under their carts for a week while building their house.
Probably landed in Boston prior to fall of 1731. Friends with Andrew McLucas and Robert King. Left Scotland in prior generation due to religious persecution and migrated to Ireland. Found no better religious conditions so moved to America.
