Agnes Browne Marshall was born in Kingston upon Hull, Yorkshire, England, around 1480. She was the daughter and heiress of John Browne, Esquire, of Hull (Kingston upon Hull), Yorkshire, England. She married Robert Marshall, Esquire, 1499, with an important dower. Her son, John Marshall was born in 1500 in Pickering, North Yorkshire, England.
