Biography

Edmund Browne was born in 1547 in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire, England, son of William & Joan (Unknown) Browne (under age twenty in father's 1565 will, but "95" at burial).

He married Sawbridgeworth 23 July 1584 MARY CRAMPHORNE. ^[1]

Mary had been baptized Sawbridgeworth 27 September 1562, daughter of WILLIAM and JONE (PLOWE) CRAMPHORNE, and they had 13 children, including:
