Assuming this 1603 marriage was the first for both that puts Susan's birth at about 1582. With a name this common and without specific source for her birth her parentage as shown should be considered questionable.
Marriage
Francis Ward and Susan Brown married June 1603 at All Saints Filby, Norfolk, England[1] where their first three children were baptized.

William baptized 16 May 1613 at Tunstall, Norfolk as son of Francis & Susan Ward[3]
John baptized 11 August 1616 at Tunstall, Norfolk as son of Francis & Susan Ward[4]
Anne- baptized 28 March 1619 at Tunstall, Norfolk (8 miles from South Walsham)[5][6] (note that freereg.org.uk transcribes her name as "Aim" instead of Ann, an obvious mistake and only includes her father's name). The original parish register image at findmypast.co.uk (cited here) clearly shows her parents as Francis and Susan making this virtually certain to be the correct record., m.c.1640 Edward Colcord (b.c.1615, d. 10 Feb. 1681/2 Hampton, NH), d. 24 Jan. 1688/9 Hampton, NH
Thomas possibly baptized 12 March 1619/20 at St. Nicholas Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, England. This parish register on findmypast.co.uk is not completely indexed so the record is found by visual review. The child's name is clearly "Thomas Ward" but the parents names are very hard to read and do not particularly look like Francis & Susan compared to other entries of those names on the page. On the other hand, he was definitely not baptized at Tunstall (very small parish register and easy to read) and his parents did end up in Great Yarmouth so this could be his baptism about one year after Anne.[7] m.1. ?, m.2. Margaret Shaw (b.c.1624, d. 15 Apr. 1704 Hampton, NH), will 18 June 1678- 27 July 1680 Hampton,NH
Death
Susan Ward wife of "Frauncis" was buried at Tunstall, Norfolk (where several of their children were baptized about 8 miles from South Walsham) on 23 Jan 1620/21.[8] This was the only "Ward" burial found in the parish register from 1600-1647 based on a visual review of the register at findmypast.co.uk
