Leonard Brown, gent. of Pinchbeck, Lincs. (bp.12 Mar 1590/1 Saltfleetby, co. Lincs - d. 1660; bur. 24 Oct 1660),[1][2][3] is the son of:
- Richard Brown[e] of Saltfleetby, co. Lincs. (d. 1633), yeoman.[4]
- and Margaret (bp. 15 Oct 1570 North Thoresby), dau. of William Thorold.[2][4]

According to the Browne pedigree published in Maddison (1902), Leonard was age 24 when he obtained a marriage license on 01 October 1618. His wife Anne Ogle, was age 20 in 1618.
