Biography
Peter was born in 1829. He was the son of Robert Browning and Clarissa Dewey. He married twice; 1st. Dorcas P. Foster, 7 Mar 1853, daughter of Othenial Foster of So. Kingstown, R.I.; 2nd. Mary Ann Crandall. He passed away in 1894.
