Francis was born in 1780. He is the son of Enos Browning and Jane Trim.[1]
In the 1850 census Francis Browning (aged 69) was in Logan, Logan, Virginia.[2]
Francis Browning died on the 29th December 1858 and was buried in Browning Cemetery, Harts, Lincoln, West Virginia.[3]
