Mary was born in Aberdeen, Scotland and christened on July 3, 1715 [1] at Portsoy, Fordyce Parish, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. She was the daughter of John Bruce and Sarah Parrell of Scotland. (Mary Bruce is not the daughter to Alexander Bruce.)
Mary was brought to this country at the age of nine from Scotland, she lived in Pennsylvania and also moved to Virginia where she met William Albin.

George Albin
She died in 1765 in Winchester, Virginia, aged: 49-50. She is buried in the Mount Pleasant Meeting House Cemetery, Mount Pleasant, Virginia.[2]
