Joseph son of Isaac Brunt and Ann his wife was christened at Longnor, Staffordshire, on 8 February 1701/2.[1] His mother Ann had been buried at Longnor on 2 February.[2]
Joseph Brunt of Needle's Eye or Spout House, Hollinsclough, was named in the will of his stepmother Sarah Brunt of Colshaw on 13 June 1755.[3]
