Jennings was born in Lang, W. Va.
Preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Ida Bryant, and sister, Arbutus Perry, he is survived by brother, Herbert Bryant of Niles; sister, Francis (Marvin) Compton of Akron; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral service Thursday, 2 p.m., at Hopkins Lawver Funeral Home, 547 Canton Rd., Akron, with Rev. G. Rod Taylor officiating. Burial at Hillside Memorial Park. Friends may call one hour prior to service time Thursday. Memorials may be made to the Epilepsy Program, 701 S. Main St., Akron 44311. (Hopkins Lawver, Akron, 330-733-6271.) Edition: 1 STAR
He lived in the West Virginia State Hospital for most of his adult life due to having severe epilepsy.
