Biography
Robert Buchanan was born in Appalachia, in Tennessee.
Robert Lake was born to Samuel Paul Buchanan and Myrtle Jane Buchanan (McCulley) one of four siblings. He married Doris Lee Willbanks November 3, 1944 in Texas while in the miltary. He served in WWII.
They had four children: Frances Marilyn, Paul Theodore (Ted), Cheryl Jane, Patricia Dean.
He was a minister for the Church of Christ in Chattanooga, Scottsboro AL, Grand Blanc MI, Flat Rock MI, and Rockwood TN.
