Hi Rod, did you realise you have Norine set to Private. No one can see her name or her family tree. That will mean no other relatives will be able to contact you regarding her. The Privacy tab has option that will allow her name and basic info show yet still prevent editing - not that I have encountered any issues on any of my open profiles. Just a thought. Cheers, Kylie

EDIT: Actually now I am a little confused, because I found Norine but Lancelot Buckingham's wife is showing as private....?

RE EDIT, if I adopt Lancelot I can see Norine's name but not under normal circumstances. It will mean other won't be able to collaborate with you. Cheers.
