I've actually not worked on my tree in quite a few years. I no longer have a paid subscription to Ancestry and Heritage as I did before. I believe the data came from one of those two sites. As we both know, unless church records or birth certificates can be found, these sites often only have approximations from these time periods.
Can you provide the evidence for his birth date? The only birth registration I can find for a John Buckingham with mother's maiden name Cook is in 1840 not 1842. The one in 1840 was born in Aston Abbots not North Marston.
