Noah was born in Breslau, Ontario, the son of Henry and Susan Buckler. He married Mary Ann Potter in Waterloo, Ontario when he was about 23.[1] They are the parents of a daughter born in Waterloo.[2]
Noah and Mary Ann emigrated to the US in 1883, and by 1900, were living in Brainerd, Minnesota, where Noah was working for the railroad.[3]
Noah died in Crow Wing County, Minnesota at age 76. [4]He is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Brainerd, Minnesota.[5]
