Biography

Beatrice, daughter of Joseph Pius and Nancy Ellen (Ice) Buckman, was born in Hardin County, Kentucky, in 1885. She was the sister of Walter, Ozetta, Charles, Herbert, Lilly, Lucinda, Mae, Pauline, and Vivie, and half-sister of Herbert, Walter, and Mary. She married Wilford Wheatley in 1904. Their children were Mary Alma, Herbert, Joseph Orlin, Mary Theresa, Lavella, Raymond Denver, Joseph Edward, Therese, Marie, Helen Jane, and Margaret.
