Biography

Samuel was christened on 14 July 1805 in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, England. His parents were William and Ann Budd. [1]

He married Ann George on 17 April 1825 in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, England. [2]

In 1841 the family was living on Pope's Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, England. The family members were Samuel (35) and Ann (30) Budd, along with the children William (12), Samuel (10), Roseanna (8), Jane (5) and Charlotte (1). [3]

The 1851 census found them still living in Hemel Hempstead. [4]
