Frank was born in 1885. He was the son of Thomas Budgen and Emma Smith. He passed away in 1949. [1]
A scholar with Petrie Terrace boy's School in Brisbane Qld. from 22 March 1897 to June 1898.
In 1913 he lived at the head of the Condamine River Killarney Qld
Frank served in the Australian Army (AIF) during WW1.
He appears to be a bachelor.
His death occurred on 8 April 1949 and he was buried at Balmoral cemetery Brisbane the next day.
