Biography

Thomas Buel was born in the late 1820s in New York. He married Elizabeth Clough and they had two sons, Clarence and Julian. In 1860 they were living in Wisconsin.^[1] In 1870 and 1875 they were in Minneapolis.^[2][3] They were back in New York City by 1880; Thomas was listed as a pump manufacturer.^[4]

He died in 1884 and was buried in Laona Cemetery, New York.^[5]
