Biography

Winifred was born on the 27th October 1910 in St Pancras, Middlesex the daughter of Charles Henry Bugbee and Sophia Mary (Sharpe) Bugbee.^[1][2]

1911 Census on the 2nd April 1911 Winifred was living at 103 Fonthill Road, Islington, Middlesex with her parents Sophia and Charles, and her siblings Marjorie, Doris and Maisie. Her step-uncle Frank and her nephew Edward were also living there.^[3]

Winifred married Cyril Slingsby and the marriage was registered in the 4th quarter 1935 in Islington, Middlesex.^[4]

Winifred died aged 89 in 1999 in Surrey, England.^[5]
