Private Oscar Bulmer was Killed in Action in France during World War I.
He enlisted in the Canadian Expeditionary Forces on 17 Nov 1915 as a Private in the 140th Batallion. He arrived in England on 6 Oct 1916 on the S. S. Corsican. He was eventually shipped to France where he was killed on 5 Jul 1917.[2] He was buried in the Villers Station Cemetery, Villers-au-Bois in France.[3]
