Biography

Richard was born on 16 June 1948 in Woodstock, Carleton, New Brunswick, Canada. He was the son of Arnold Alexander Bulmer and Dorothy May (Cummings) Bulmer.[1]

When Richard was 17 he married Eva Tupper on 5 March 1966 in Woodstock, Carleton, New Brunswick, Canada. The couple had one child: Tammy Rose Bulmer.[2][3]

Richard died at the age of 18 on 5 March 1967 in Canterbury, York, New Brunswick, Canada.[1][4]

Richard was buried on 8 March 1967 in Jacksonville Community Cemetery, Jacksonville, Carleton County, New Brunswick, Canada.[5]
