Biography

Jennie Lee Bumgardner was born in Plain Dealing, Louisiana on July 26, 1896 to Walker Bumgardner and Martha Fox.^[1]^[2]^[3]

She married Norman Martin in bout 1914. She was widowed at about 26 years old with 5 children.^[4]

Jennie died on April 1, 1952 and is buried in Bethsaida Cemetery in Ida, Caddo Parish, Louisiana.^[5]
