In Winslow's History of Perquimans County p 328: Bundy, Samuel, (s of William) Planter; of Pasq Co. m Tamer Symons (d of Jeremiah) 5, 10 mo 1696 "at the house of Henry White, in Perq." Had son Jeremiah b July 21, 1725. ...also had a son Samiel b July 24, 1724.

The next entry is regarding the will of Samuel Bundy, Pasq Co, probate July 1740, names sons: William, Abraham, Gideon, Josiah, daughter Jane Pike (wife of Benjamin), Wife Anne, Cousin Samuel Bundy, wife, Ann, & Thomas Nicholson, Executors.

This gives the impression that Jeremiah is not the son of the Samuel Bundy to whom he is attached. Is he the son of the cousin also named Samuel Bundy?

What is the documentation that he is a son of Samuel and Ann? He does not appear to be named in the wills of Samuel or Ann.
