Theodore J. Bundy was born in April 1855, possibly in Ohio. [1] He was the son of Charles and Mary E. Bundy and in 1875 was in Ithaca, Tompkins County, New York. [2]
He married Cora Beardsley. Her find-a-grave memorial gives her parents as James Seymour Beardsley and Calista Ann (Covert) Beardsley. [3] In 1880, Theodore and Cora were in Newfield, New York, where he was a tailor. [4]
In 1900, Theodore Bundy was widowed and living in Ithaca, New York. Sometime after that, he was farming “at Heddens” in Lansing. [5]
Theodore was described as “hard of hearing” and was hit by a train when walking the tracks in Lansing. He died that day, April 14, 1914, at Lansing Station in the Town of Lansing in Tompkins County, New York. He is buried next to Cora in the Ithaca City Cemetery, Ithaca, New York. [6]
