Biography

Milicent was born in 1769. Milicent Bundy was the daughter of Dempsey Bundy (1746 - 1800) and Mary Boswell Bundy (1754 - 1804). Milicent was the mother of thirteen children (ten boys and three girls), and she had eight siblings. She lived through both the Revolutionary War and the Civil War and had memories of how both wars effected her family. She passed away in 1867, and was buried at Porter Cemetery, Appanoose County, Iowa.[1]
