Obituary Bay City Times February 5 (6?) 1992 Bunting, Royal Kenneth II "Roy" Bay City Michigan Royal K. bunting, age 66 years, died Tuesday, Feb. 4, 1992 at his residence. Mr. Bunting was born April 15, 1925 in Detroit. Upon completion of his technical training he came to the are in 1952 and opened bunting TV. Roy served in the US Navy during WWII with the sea Bees, received the Purple Heart and saw action during the invasion of Normandy. surviving family members include his wife, Janie Bunting, 5 children: Susan, Neil, Lou Ann, Pat and Scott Bunting; e stepchildren, Jeff, Janie, and Lisa Jackson, 19 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; his mother Helen F. Skidmore of Bay City and his brother, Hubert Bunting of Florida. Roy was preceded in death by 3 children: hope, Kenneth, and Robin, and his father, Royal K. Bunting. funeral services will be held Thursday ___ internment will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery ___.
