Fannie Mae Bunting Inskeep, 84, Danville, Ind., formerly of Albion, Ill., passed away on March 31, 2010.
She was born and raised in Albion to Lynn Bunting and Helen (Shupe) Bunting. She was married to Robert D. Inskeep in 1944 and moved to Danville in 1966. Robert preceded her in death in 1994.
Fannie Mae had been a customer service representative for General Telephone in Albion, and retired from Indiana University Medical Center, patient accounts department in 1988. She was a dedicated Christian and a member of the Danville Christian Church. In Illinois she was a member of Delta Theta Tau Sorority and Eastern Star.
She is survived by her children, Linda Rodney (Michael) of Danville, Robert Inskeep (Cheryl) of Indianapolis, Ind., Thomas Inskeep (Carol) of Yardley, Pa. and Pamela Thimlar (Andrew) of Zionsville, Ind.; one sister, Helen Avanell Johnston (Keith), two sisters in law, Fernanda Morrow and Rae Inskeep, 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 24, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Nale's Funeral Home, Albion. Graveside service at Graceland Cemetery will follow at 1 p.m.
