Emil A. Bunting, 100, died Saturday evening, January 9, 1999 at Rest Haven Manor.
He was a self-employed farm implement and appliance dealer since 1939.
He was a World War I veteran and member of American Legion, Sportsman's Club and former scoutmaster.
He was a member of First Christian Church in Albion.
Surviving are two sons, Charles of Albion and Lawrence of Valdosta, Ga.; a sister, Kate Schaffer of Clear Water, Wis.; nine grandchildren, Fred, Rex, Troy, Donnie, Mark, Craig, Bruce and Stanley Bunting and Ann Bailey; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services at Ingram Funeral Home Albion Chapel, with burial in Graceland Cemetery with military rites.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
