Biography

Carolina was born about 1807. She was the daughter of John Burbank and Lois Boston. She passed away in 1878. Married Apr 1, 1840 in Hiram, ME, Eli Small of Cornish, ME; lived in Stow, ME. Children:

1. Lois Ann ("Louisa") Small. b. Dec. 23, 1844; m. Jan 24, 1866, Sidney F. Hill of Sebago, ME; settled in Stow, ME; moved to Hiram, ME, then to Bridgton, ME, where Mr. Hills was foreman on the Bridgton and Saco River Railroad. Seven children.
2. Reuben H. Small. b. 1846; d. in 186? in the Civil War.
3. James W. ("Willie") Small; b. 1853; m. Addie Richardson; killed in mill at Hiram, ME
