Willing was born in 1844. He was the son of Richard Burbank and Mary Williams. He passed away in 1880. He married Dorcas ("Dottie" or "Dot") Morse (b. 1848 in Ohio) on Jan 12, 1870 in Trumbull, OH. They had a least two children.
