George Anson Burbank was born March 1, 1784 in Suffield, CT, son of Ebenezer Burbank and his second wife, Eunice King. He died May 16, 1784 in Danville, VT. He married Dec 27, 1815, Mary "Polly" Maxwell (d. Apr 6, 1845).
RESEARCH NOTE: It has been difficult finding information about them and their children. Marriage records clearly demonstrate that they had a daughter named Helen Mae who likely married twice, first to a Mr. Hewitt and second, June 15, 1890 to David Ellis. I also believe, but cannot confirm, that George Anson (b. Jan 9, 1823; d. Apr 17, 1905) was also their son. I am linking them up. If someone has better information, please let me know.
