Biography

John was born in Cohasset on 18 Aug 1781.[1] He was the son of John Burbank and Hannah Leavitt. [2]

He married Miriam Barnes on 23 Aug 1813.[3]

He was a soldier in the War of 1812.[2]

He lived on King Street in Cohasset.[2]

He died 24 Mar 1864.[2]

Lincoln's History of Hingham incorrectly lists John's birth as 11 Jul 1782. Could 11 Jul 1782 be birth date and 18 Aug 1781 be baptismal date?
