Biography
Thomas McMasters Burbank was born in May 1786 in Chester, Rockingham County, New Hampshire.[1]
He married Elizabeth Williams Lucas.[1]
Thomas died in 1856 in Independence, Polk County, Oregon and was buried at Burch Pioneer Cemetery, Rickreall, Polk County, Oregon. His memorial has a photo of the cemetery and links to those of family members.[1]
Epsomhistory.com lists Thomas as a son of Aaron Burbank and Elizabeth Libbey of Epsom. The 1928 Burbank Genealogy has him listed in the Unconnected Branches section, but the Epsom History makes clear he is the son of Aaron Burbank, son of Joseph Burbank. See sources below.
