Green B. was the son of Michael and Mary BURCH. Michael and his father Joseph were killed by Indians in 1818 in Irwin Co, GA. At the time of his death, Michael and Mary had two children, Green B. and Nancy. After Michael's death, his widow Mary married Hezekiah HENDRIX. They had moved to Dale Co, AL, before 1830.
Green B. married Alcy ALBRITTON in Dale County about 1842.
