A Deed dated June 30, 1828, Shelby County, KY, shows Woody to son, Samuel Burge (signed by mark), proves that Woody was still alive June 30, 1828. That land (81 acres) was adjacent to land of Sarah Taylor, Agnes Mitchell and Henry and Thomas Wiley. The family may have moved to Anderson County, KY.Son of Alexander & Mary "Elizabeth" Burge .
