Biography
Neal was born in 1877 in Tennessee.[1]
In the 1880 census Neal (age about 3) was living in District 17, Hardeman, Tennessee, USA. Marital Status: Single. Relation to Head: Son.[1]
When Neal was about 25 he married Carrie Kerbow on 6 November 1902 in Delta, Texas, United States. The couple had 2 children: Travis Burgess and Frances Helen Burgess.[2]
In the 1910 census Neal (age about 33) was living in Enloe, Delta, Texas, USA.[3]
Neal died at the age of about 39 on 2 November 1916 in Sumner, Lamar, Texas, USA.[4]
