We are long lost cousins! We are 7th cousins once removed through Antoine Landry and Marie Thibodaux. Their children and grandchildren were separated by the Grand Derangement. Your family members ended up in Quebec, while mine ended up in southern Louisiana. I'd be curious to know if we have any common DNA. My dad matches a lot of Acadian descendants that never left Canada. It's amazing. That DNA got very concentrated after all of the cousins marrying in those generations in l'Acadie.

J'ai fusionné Loiseau-128 à Loiseau-110 tel que demandé, et pour répondre à ta question concernant Lucas devenant loiseau, certains actes font référence à Loiseau dit Lucas (ou inversement Lucas dit Loiseau), à noter également qu'un ancêtre se nommait Lucas Loiseau.
