Biography

Edward Burgess was born in 1692 at Little Compton, Newport, Rhode Island. He was the son of Thomas Burgess and Esther Richmond. Edward married Elizabeth Coe in 1720. They had six, possibly seven, children and lived at Newport, Newport, Rhode Island. Edward Burgess died after June 13, 1751.
