Dorcas (Burgess) Wheeler was born in 1776 in Rhode Island. She died on 12 Dec 1855 (aged 79) in East Winfield, Herkimer County, New York, United States and was buried at the Burgess Farm Cemetery in Herkimer County. She was the daughter of John Burgess and Urania Mowry Burgess and she was the wife of James J Wheeler. [1]
