My interest in genealogy started after taking an autosomal DNA test and finding over a thousand living cousins. I would love to see how I'm connected to these distant cousins. Most of my research is through, so my sources are mostly from their sources.

My family has always said my brother and I are the last Burgess boys in the family line. With the combination of DNA testing and genealogy research, I've found many more Burgess cousins. Finding these cousins is a huge find. Now, I'm looking to solve some other history mysteries. Hopefully working with others we can uncover connections.

Hi Paden,

Thanks for taking the Pre-1700 Quiz!

Because pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, coordinating with others is essential. You can learn more about joining the community in How To #3 and in the Project FAQ.

Based on your tags the Connecticut Project may fit your research focus. If not, use the Pre-1700 Projects list to review other possibilities. Read the goals and tasks of the projects and join those which are a good fit.

Have questions? Ask in the comments section of my profile.
