William Donn de Burgh, 3rd Earl of Ulster and 4th Baron of Connaught; was born 17th September 1312 in Ireland, his parents were John Burgh and Elizabeth Clare. [1]
He was summoned to Parliament from 10 December 1327 to 15 June 1328
In 1331 he was appointed Lord Justiciar of Ireland [2][3]
He was responsible for the death of his cousin Sir Walter Liath de Burgh at Greencastle in 1332
He was in turn killed by Anglo Normans in Carrickfergus, Ulster in 1333 [4][5][6]

His biography (2 pages) indicates he was "murdered by his own servants, in June 1333, in the twenty-first year of his age." From James Wills' Lives of Illustrious and Distinguished Irishmen, from the earliest times to the present period (Dublin: Macgregor, Polson 1840-47), pp.376-8:
