Biography
William Burgin was born on 18 December 1849 in Lincolnshire, England, the son of Eliza (Addinsall) Burgin and Richard Burgin.[citation needed]
He married Jane Helen Savin on 15 September 1871 in Hamilton, Victoria, Australia.[1]
William died on 2 November 1922 in Brighton, Victoria, aged 73 years.[2]
