Biography
Mary was born in 1813. She was the daughter of James Burgin and Leah Burgin. She passed away in 1857 and was buried in Sharon Methodist Cemetery, Fairview, North Carolina.[1]
She married Thomas Littleton Lytle sometime before 1836.
In 1850 Mary at the age of 36 and her family were enumerated living in Buncombe County, North Carolina. Mary and Littleton had six children in the household. [2]

Taken from Peggy Silvers, "Echoes In The Mist". Mary Williams Burgin, 15641, born October 1812, died March 15, 1857. Married Thomas Littleton Lytle ca. 1845/46. Littleton born December 22, 1812, died June 19, 1897. Buried at Piney Grove Cemetery, Swannanoa. They had at least six children.[3]
