Biography

Joseph Francis was born in 1923. In the 1930 census Joseph (age 6) was the son of Michael J Burke in Tolono, Champaign, Illinois, United States.[1]

In the 1940 census Joseph (age 16), Messenger, was the single son of Michael Burke in Decatur, Macon, Illinois.[2]

Joseph died on 23 July 1991 and was buried in Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, Prince George's County, Maryland, United States.[3]
