Burks-1622 and Burks-94 appear to represent the same person because: clear duplicate

Burks-1562 and Burks-94 appear to represent the same person because: Same name with sufficiently similar dates, locations, and relationships. Duplicate DAR records are not primary sources and not evidence for two different men. Death could be either in Tennessee or in Missouri, which can be cited in Research Notes for the profile. I do not believe that any exact dates of birth or death have been established for him, regardless of personal ancestries to the contrary.

Hi Bill, Thanks for the comment. I replied to your other comment regarding the two different pension records for these two men and how they have distinctly different records. Based on their pension records, they are not the same man.
