Biography
Elsie was born in 1914.[1] She was the daughter of Cecil Richard Burman and Nellie Gardner.
In 1925 she emigrated from Southampton, Hampshire, England to Wellington, New Zealand.[2]
In 1936 she married John William Poultney.[3]
She passed away in 1959.[4]
