Frederick was born in 1902.[1] He was baptised in 1902 in Canton, Glamorgan, Wales as the son of David Burman and Sarah Downey.[2]

In 1911 he lived at 89 Barry Road, Barry, Glamorgan, Wales.[3]

In 1926 he married Hilda Emma May Janes.[4]

He passed away in 1965[5] and was buried on 6 Apr 1965 in Merthyr Dyfan Cemetery, Section A, Grave 760. [6]

His probate dated 28th April 1965 records an address of 17 Heol Pantycelyn, Barry, Glamorgan, Wales and effects of £347 to Dudley Morris Burman, chief technician, Royal Air Force.[7]
